DEFINITELY YODA!

But Doctor Strange is the Sorcerer Supreme! The Master of the Mystic Arts! The Crimson Bands of Cytorrak would own any lightsaber from across the room! The Eye of Agammatto would see right through any Jedi mind tricks!

I prefer the original Dr. Strange, and I believe Yoda would, too.

Having read both Doctor Stranges, the new one has the a lot more personality than the old.

But, being classic and the original earns a lot of points.

Who the fuck is Dr. Strange??

Because he looks like an extra from a gay bar scene, and has a very unoriginal name, and WEARS A CAPE (capes are bad)....I'm going to have to go with our other guy there...yoda.

Yoda kicks ass anyways.

He looks like the Katamari King's derelict brother. But I'd still vote for him over Yoda...

First Thought: DO not be within a 25 miles radius.
Second Thought: From a logical standpoint, Yoda only has one universe from which to draw his power, Strange has the entire Multiverse. Need I say more?
Third Thought: Doctor Strange (The Earth 616 "Normal Marvel Universe" Doctor Strange) has always been one of my favorite Marvel characters. For this reason I would vote for him. ;)

You may be the only responder to have actually read a Doctor Strange comic. For this, I salute you. The question produced minutes of contemplative silence from my comic book fan coworker.

Yoda.

If Dr. Strange really rules the entire Multiverse, then wouldn't more people know about him?

Listen, cupcake,

If you ruled the multiverse, would you want all the attention?

Anyhow, he doesn't rule the multiverse. He just protects it from mystic threats. Threats like Yoda.

i do not know this dr.strange. nor am i intersted in doing so

who would win?
difficult to say.... who do i want to win? yoda.always.mother.fucking.yoda.

now i will ask you all to ponder on something...
would this question even be a concern for yoda? no it would not.
yoda would trust in himself and in the force. he would accept hi defeat ( if such was the outcome) and go meditate and train ,saviung himself for the day when a new student shall seek his wisdom.

I am, some might say, and "uber Star Wars fan". However, knowing Doctor Strange as I do, I regret to say that Yoda would not win. The fact that most of yous peoples don't know who Doctor Strange is makes me feel very nerdy and sad at the same time... T_T

Doc Strange.

What have we seen Yoda do? He lifted an X-Wing, he fought to a draw with Christopher Lee, and he fought with Emperor Palpitine until he decided to run off and hide in a swamp.

Doctor Strange has defeated Eternity. He's accepted Death andwill never die of natural causes. He's able to manipulate universal energies and, if that's not powerful enough to get the job done, he can invoke the powers of various deities to perform tasks for him.

The reason you don't see Doctor Strange too often is because he mainly guest stars in other character's books. His own books never last very long becuase he's so powerful that it becomes difficult to tell challenging stories that place him in peril.

This is all true, but might just be a result of Doc Strange having a lot more stories written about him. If we'd seen Yoda get years of aggrandizement in the Mighty Marvel Manner, it might be a different story.

"Invoking deities" is pretty hard to beat though.
